During his 20-year career, Mike has litigated numerous complex property damage claims arising from natural disasters, such as Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Gustav, Ike, Harvey, Laura, Delta, Ida, Ian, Milton, and Helene.

Mike utilizes his unique experience in insurance and construction law to assist policyholders against insurance companies that have failed to pay amounts owed under their policies. As a former insurance defense attorney, Mike has unique knowledge and experience regarding how insurance companies handle and pay or deny claims.
